Processing of form data relies on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR), as well as, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b).

Displaying the Calendly booking calendar relies on your consent (Article 6.1.a), obtained via an explicit click before any loading.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to process your request. The others are optional. Without the required fields, we cannot follow up.

Your data is intended solely for Neura Core Solutions. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical providers (processors): Hostinger (site hosting), Web3Forms (contact-form delivery), Calendly (booking).

The Calendly booking tool is provided by a company based in the United States. This transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework). It only occurs if you choose to display and use the calendar.

Your data is kept for 12 months from our last exchange if no business relationship begins, and up to 3 years for prospecting purposes. In the event of a contractual relationship, it is kept for the applicable legal duration.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted locally (no third-party calls).

The Calendly booking calendar is only loaded if you click “Show the calendar”. Loading it sets Calendly’s technical cookies (a US company). Until you click, no third-party tracker is set.
